4. Fees & Payment

• Professional Fee: Our service fee covers documentation, application preparation, submission, and follow-up by our team. It does not include government levies, stamp duties, or authority charges.
• Government Charges: All applicable government fees, stamp duties, and levies are charged separately and are the responsibility of the client.
• Payment: Service fees are to be paid as per the payment schedule agreed upon at engagement. We reserve the right to pause work in the event of payment default.

5. Government Timelines Disclaimer

Timelines mentioned on our website or by our staff are indicative estimates based on typical processing times. Delays caused by government authorities, incomplete information from clients, or policy changes shall not be grounds for a refund of professional fees already incurred.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the professional service fee paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

8. Termination

VDPC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client who:

• Provides false or fraudulent information or documents.
• Engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct toward our staff or professionals.
• Fails to make agreed payments without valid reason.

Clients may withdraw from a service engagement at any time. Refund eligibility in such cases is governed by our Refund Policy. In the event of termination, all documents provided by the client will be returned or securely destroyed as requested.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Telangana. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

We encourage resolution of any disputes first through direct communication with our management team.
